Over 10% of global CO2 emissions are from transport and logistics. Our products are shipped via Sendle, which is a registered B Corporation and carbon neutral company. Shipping through Sendle fully offsets the carbon footprint of booni doon’s delivery operations. For every ton of carbon dioxide Sendle releases into the air while delivering packages, they cancel it out by supporting projects that combat climate change. Recent carbon offsetting projects have included regenerating forests, replacing old equipment with more efficient technology, or even training communities in beekeeping!
The best part? booni doon works with Sendle to cover the cost of the carbon offsetting - you don't need to pay anything extra when shopping at booni doon!
Orders will either ship from our New York City headquarters or Georgia fulfillment center. Please note that our standard shipping is via UPS or USPS ground. Orders, once processed, will take a maximum of 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Cancelling or Modifying an Order
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after the order has been placed. We will do our best to accommodate your request depending on volume.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipping to the following states: New York and Georgia. Please note that tax calculations are based on state and county locations of the shipping address on your order. Shipments to any other state will not include tax.
If you are dissatisfied with your booni doon purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return it for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be no less than half-used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods that we don't receive, or for those that get damaged in shipping on their return. It is important that returned products are in the best possible condition, so please take reasonable care of them and keep all packaging where possible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will provide you with next steps.
